How it works

Simple on your side. Planned on ours.

Every project follows the same clear handoff: define what success looks like, fly the right capture plan, and deliver files that are ready for their intended use.

  1. 01Scope & quote

    Start with the outcome

Send the address, project goal, preferred timing, and how the finished work will be used.

    The handoff

You receive a clear scope, deliverable list, and project quote.

  2. 02Plan & capture

    We handle the flight plan

We confirm airspace, weather, access, site constraints, camera positions, and the safest capture window.

    The handoff

You confirm site access; we take care of the flight details.

  3. 03Finish & deliver

    Get files ready to use

Your photos, video, maps, models, or documentation are processed, checked, and organized for delivery.

    The handoff

You get one clean link with the formats agreed during scoping.

Before you book

A better quote starts with five useful details.

You do not need to know drone terminology or technical file formats. Tell us what the project needs to accomplish, and we will help define the right deliverables.

Include this in your request

  1. 01

    Project location

An address, parcel, venue, or general site area.

  2. 02

    The end goal

What the imagery or data needs to show, answer, or help you sell.

  3. 03

    Must-have outputs

Photos, edited video, progress sets, maps, models, reports, or another format.

  4. 04

    Preferred timing

Your ideal flight date, deadline, and any schedule dependencies.

  5. 05

    Site details

Known access rules, active operations, hazards, contacts, or airspace concerns.

Have only some of this? That is enough to start.

Good to know

Answers before takeoff.

How are projects priced?+

Quotes are based on location, site size, flight complexity, requested deliverables, processing time, travel, and deadline. That keeps the scope tied to the actual work instead of forcing unlike projects into one package.

What information do you need for a quote?+

The project address, what you need captured, how the finished material will be used, your preferred timing, and any known site or access constraints are enough to start.

Do you handle airspace authorization?+

Yes. Commercial flights are planned under FAA Part 107 requirements, and controlled-airspace authorization is handled before the scheduled flight when required.

How are finished files delivered?+

Deliverables are organized by project and provided through an appropriate download or viewing link. Technical formats and reporting structure are agreed during scoping.

Controlled airspace, weather, and site safety are reviewed during planning—not left for flight day.
